How to use the Calgary gas price map
The map plots every active gas station in our Calgary-and-area database — more than 400 pins across all four quadrants, plus nearby towns like Airdrie, Okotoks and Balzac as we add them — with the current regular price where we have a recent report. Green pins are the cheapest tier right now, amber is mid-range, and red is the expensive tier; tap any pin for the exact cents-per-litre and a link to that station's detail page with its 90-day price history.
Two practical tips. First, prices cluster: a cheap pin usually has cheap neighbours, because stations match the competitor across the intersection — so zooming into any retail node tells you quickly whether it's a cheap corner of the city today. Second, don't drive across town for a pin that's 3¢ lower; the math rarely works. The near-me view sorts by the price-distance trade-off for your actual location.
